Features

  • Removed built in translations. Relied on AI to do the localisation, but it was sub-optimal. Now translations are done by the community! Community translations can be downloaded from the languages page.

Improvements

  • Improved graph relationship lines so multiple relationships between the same two concepts are shown as one multi-colour gradient line.
  • Mentions now show the colour of the linked entity.
  • When creating a concept type, assign random colour for easy differenciation.
  • As the settings are getting a lot larger, I added search. This should help people to easier find what they are looking for :))
  • Added customisation to main nav bar. Items on the main nav bar can now be removed, reordered, icons changed, and other pages can be added ;))
  • Added sidebar options to disable hover previews for segment and concept list items.
  • Added a concept sidebar option to disable its faded-dot background.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed issue where long image names were causing the delete dialogue button to be pushed out of view
  • Fixed spellcheck highlighting parts of words. Disabled hyphenation for editor views :/
  • Fixed custom dictionary words being marked as misspelled when they are used in common inflected forms, such as English possessives. Absolute pain to implement and I almost understand regex now. These forms now follow your selected spellcheck language. I have logic for main languages, but can extend it when needed.
  • Fixed translation oopsie where the name Writality and email were being added to translation files.
  • Fixed issue where linked concepts do not retain styling such as italics and underline.
  • Fixed linked concepts not adding a space after insertion, making it awkward to continue writing.
  • Fixed linked concepts being omitted from manuscript reader and export output.
  • Fixed issue where when filtering tags it opens inside an existing menu.
  • Fixed issue where on linux and windows app was still running after being closed.
